Throughout your child’s time at Tiddlywinks they will be allocated their own key person who will have specific responsibility for the care and well-being of your little one.
The key person is responsible for changing your child’s nappy, giving them their bottle, making regular observations and completing their progress reviews. This allows a strong bond to form between the key person, the child and their families allowing the child to feel safe and secure, as well as, enabling the key person to have full knowledge and understanding of your child’s personal preferences, abilities and areas to develop.
Your key person will also be your day-to-day contact at the nursery and will give you a detailed report of your child’s day.
